3. Freight Delivery Process

4. Delivery Options

5. What to Expect on Delivery Day

Phone call: Driver will call 30-60 minutes before arrival

4-hour window: You'll receive an AM or PM window

Inspection: Inspect item BEFORE signing—note any damage on delivery receipt

Signature: Someone 18+ must be present
6. Inspection Checklist
Before the driver leaves:

Check for visible damage to box/pallet

Open packaging and inspect item (if possible)

Note ANY damage on delivery receipt

Take photos of damage

Refuse delivery if severely damaged
7. Damaged Freight
If your item arrives damaged:
