1. What is Freight Shipping?
Freight shipping is used for items that are:

  • Too large for UPS/FedEx (over 150 lbs or oversized dimensions)

  • Palletized for safe transport

  • Delivered by semi-truck with liftgate

3. Freight Delivery Process



Step Timeline Description
1. Processing 2-4 business days We carefully package and palletize your item
2. Carrier Pickup Day of shipping Freight carrier picks up from our dock
3. Transit 3-7 business days Cross-country transport
4. Appointment Call 1-2 days before delivery Carrier calls to schedule delivery window
5. Delivery Scheduled 4-hour window Truck arrives with your item

4. Delivery Options



Service Level Description Cost
Curbside Delivery (Standard) Truck delivers to your driveway/curb. You unload and move inside. Included in freight cost
Liftgate Service Truck has liftgate to lower pallet to ground level. Additional $50-75
Inside Delivery Driver brings item inside garage or first door (not up stairs). Additional $75-100
White Glove (Room of Choice) Team brings inside, unpacks, assembles, removes debris. Additional $150-250

5. What to Expect on Delivery Day

  • Phone call: Driver will call 30-60 minutes before arrival

  • 4-hour window: You'll receive an AM or PM window

  • Inspection: Inspect item BEFORE signing—note any damage on delivery receipt

  • Signature: Someone 18+ must be present

6. Inspection Checklist
Before the driver leaves:

  • Check for visible damage to box/pallet

  • Open packaging and inspect item (if possible)

  • Note ANY damage on delivery receipt

  • Take photos of damage

  • Refuse delivery if severely damaged

7. Damaged Freight
If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Note damage on delivery receipt

  2. Take photos immediately

  3. Contact us within 24 hours

  4. Keep all packaging for inspection
